Shipping & Return Policy

All items are handmade from scratch—your patience is greatly appreciated! While we are unable to offer refunds, we are always happy to work with you to find a solution. Please read the full policy below.

Production Times

Each item has its own lead time. Custom orders will receive individual timelines. You are always welcome to check in for updates.

Estimated lead times (non-peak seasons):

  • Mules, D’Orsays, and slip-on styles: 2–5 weeks

  • Zip-up and small lace-up boots: 6–10 weeks

  • Sneakers: 5–12 weeks

  • Dress shoes: 4–10 weeks

  • Tall boots: 6–10 weeks

Please note: Orders placed during large events (e.g., Renegade Craft Fair) may take longer due to higher volume.

If you need your order rushed, expedited fabrication and delivery are available for an additional fee. Please email before placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for items lost during shipping or after delivery. However, we will do everything within our power to assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns & Adjustments

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds once an item is produced. However, if your item does not fit, please contact us immediately with photos describing the issue. Adjustments may be possible if:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery, and

  • The item is in original, unworn condition (please try on your shoes on a soft surface like carpet or a towel).

We offer re-soling and repair services for a small fee. If you’re unsure how to care for your leather shoes, please reach out—proper care extends longevity.

Workshop Refund Policy

All workshop purchases—including private, public, and group sessions—are non-refundable.

This includes cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute changes. Because workshop slots are limited and often customized, we cannot offer monetary refunds under any circumstance.

That said, if you have an emergency or special situation, we are always happy to work with you. You may be able to:

  • Reschedule to a different date

  • Receive store credit toward another session

  • Exchange a gift certificate for an alternate experience
