All items are handmade from scratch, your patience is greatly appreciated!
All items require various times for production, estimations listed below. Specialized custom orders will receive their own schedule. You are welcome to check in at any time and we will gladly update you on the status of your item. We cannot be responsible for items lost in shipping or upon delivery to your address but will do everything in our power to help you.
General(non peak season) lead times for shoe styles...
Mules, D'orsays, other slip-on styles: 2-5 weeks
Zip-up & small Lace-up Boots: 6-10 weeks
Sneakers: 5-12 weeks
Dress Shoes: 4-10 weeks
Tall Boots: 6-10 weeks
All of these wait times are subject to change based on availability and number of orders at any given time. Orders made at large events such as Renegade Craft fair take much longer due to the volume of orders received at that time. Please reach out to via email if you are concerned about your item and we will gladly update you on your order.
If you are in a hurry for your item, you have the opportunity to purchase expedited delivery and fabrication at an extra cost. Please contact via email before purchasing your item to confirm availability in your time frame.
Once you receive your shoes, please try them on a surface that will not scratch the bottom (such as a carpet, rug, towel). In the situation that your item does not fit, please reach out immediately with pictures explaining where they need to be adjusted. We are not able to give refunds on any items once they are made due to the labor already spent but will work with you to come up with a solution. Generally this means altering the size or exchanging for partial store credit. This is only possible if the item is returned in the condition it was received, and within 7 days of delivery.
We offer re-soling of shoes and repairs at a small cost. Please contact before cleaning and extending the longevity of your item if you are unsure of what to do. Leather is a particular material that ages well over time if treated properly. It is sensitive to chemicals and abrasive materials.
Workshop purchases may be transferred for a store credit towards another workshop or rescheduled to an alternate date. This is only possible if communication to reschedule happens before the workshop date. Examples include: COVID-19 symptoms, exchange of a gift, or other emergencies without your control. We do not allow refunds for purchases who “change their mind”.
A monetary refund will only be allowed in special circumstances based upon our company discretion. In the event this is allowed, the return amount will be minus processing fees and a percentage of the overall total. This percentage is based on the time from the requested cancellation and the scheduled workshop date.
30 days before event 25% fee
