Shipping & Return Policy

All items are handmade from scratch by one human being, and that human being greatly appreciates your patience! 

My goal is to make every piece with the highest quality materials and skills that I can provide which unfortunately does not happen quickly. You are welcome to check in on my progress for your order at any time and I will gladly update you on its status. I will send you a shipping notification via email when it is in the mail with a tracking number so that you may know when it arrives. I cannot be responsible for items lost in shipping or upon delivery at your address but I will do everything in my power to help you. 

If you are in a hurry for your item, you have the opportunity to purchase expedited delivery and fabrication at an extra cost. Please contact me before purchasing your item to confirm my ability in your time frame. 

Once you receive your shoes, please try them on a surface that will not scratch the bottom (such as a carpet, rug, towel). In the situation that your item does not fit, please contact me immediately with pictures explaining where they need to be adjusted. I am not able to give refunds on any items once they are made due to the labor already spent but I will work with you to come up with a solution. Generally this means altering the size or exchanging for partial store credit. This is only possible if the item is returned in the condition it was received. I hold myself responsible for adjustments due to fabrication quality but cannot fix items for free if they are not taken care of by the user. I offer re-soling of shoes and repairs at a small cost.

Please contact me before cleaning and extending the longevity of your item if you are unsure of what to do. Leather is a particular material that ages well over time if treated properly. It is sensitive to chemicals and abrasive materials.
